Lesson No. 38

"Nobody's natural. You work hard to get good and then work to get better. It's hard to stay on top."

Tama! All of us started from scratch and we always get better every day with whatever we do! However, once we became better, tit is harder to be consistent and that requires more work! Tama na naman!

 For today's lesson, I can think of my tenured agents............... Ash and Jake!

Ashton started with Team Pancake since the company launched the Silverback account! I've seen her improve day by day and has seen her outshine the rest of her team mates! Pinaampon ko sya kay Maricon for 1 month, at muli kong binawi! hahah!!! Dahil alam kong mahal na mahal nya ako.... may ganun?!

Malaki ang tiwala ko sa anak kong toh! Medyo may katabilan ang dila pero totoong makipagkaibigan. Sobrang saludo ako sa performance nya at sa pagtulong sa kanyang mga team mates....

Si Jake naman ay galing kay Genie, mabait, maasahan at matulungin sa kanyang mga team mates. He's very proactive and humble. (ayun oh!) I've known Jake for only a month now,... but I've seen how he worked hard to meet his goals. Masayahing tao at talaga namang parang SALES department! hahaha!

Marami tong extra business si Jake, maraming talent at maraming "agi!" hahaha!!! 

They just can't stay on top of their business! They have to step up! So ASH and JAKE, good luck to your assessment tonight! I'll be praying hard for you!
